also like with the leadership things
i get why it’s a good idea to teach some people to be leaders, like having good leaders is important
but like
if everyone is a leader, isn’t that as bad as no one being a leader?
so it turns out that not only was the year 11 retreat basically two days of leadership and team building exercises, it also turns out that the teachers don’t actually realise that you should not do the outdoor exercise things on the 37 degree day, and that they should put water bottles on the note
