Concept: an ogre bard who carries a full-size upright piano strapped to her back. Her bardic song performances consist exclusively of saloon-style honky-tonk, complete with banter.

Question 1: If it’s a piano for humans, how does she play it with her big ogre fingers?

Question 2: If it’s a piano for ogres, how does she carry it?

D&D ogres are only about nine feet tall; assuming relatively human proportions, she’d easily be able to depress the keys of a full-size piano. Granted, some chords are a little cramped, but that’s partly why she plays the sort of music she does – honky-tonk piano favours trills and slides over closely spaced chords, and her two-octave reach gives her a decided advantage when performing the dynamic leaps for which the style is known.
