Alolan Lapras concept (Water/Fire or Water/Ground)
In Alola, Lapras would lose its Ice typing and gain something more suitable for tropical waters. Kanto-native Lapras are known for ferrying people across the water on their backs, but it would not be a good idea to climb on the back of one of these.
