From skimming the production section of the BAS wikipage, the Batman Animated series was outsourced for season 1 and one of the companies was Sunrise Studios. They’ve animated works from Cowboy Bebop to Love Live to… a select number of anime with fanservice.
So assuming these were animated by Sunrise Studios, the comparison between animated hair and animated anime titty seems legit.Holy shit??
