This probably doesn’t really mean anything to anyone but tbh I like how Hussie chose Aradia as the character to be somewhat a symbol of death, not because she herself was dead for a while but because she’s a generally nice person who enjoys being kind to others and hanging out with ghosts so she would probably not be creepy but rather welcoming to the newly dead like she seemed to be when we saw Eridan’s reawakening in [S] Terezi: Remem8er
Like, most people think Aradia would say “haha you’re dead now, let’s go to Hell” but she’d probably really be like “hey you lived a full life and completed your journey, everything’s okay now and there’s no reason to be scared”
I dunno I just feel like Aradia sees death more as a successful long journey that has been completed rather than just as a failure of life and I like that about her
Petition to have Aradia make sure all new ghosts are happy and safe :’)
I mean it’s been explicitly stated so by her and other people that she’s a creepy nice symbol of death in Homestuck during Act 5.2 and also somewhere during Act 6 but probably most people forgot because Homestuck is long and it’s been years
