side question: do u think any of the humans recognized hussie in the dreambubbles as the author of Problem Sleuth and the Midnight Crew? obviously they didnt really know what his deal was or why he was there but do u think any recognized him and just went “…anyway” because thats just kinda what you do after the 15th bizarre twist paradox space has thrown at you

Sometimes I feel like I have ruined comics for myself forever. Sometimes I will look at a normal comic, and think to myself, what the fuck are all these fucking panels doing on the same fucking page? SPREAD EM OUT DUDE! True story.
It is my fond hope that I have ruined, or will ruin, comics for everyone else too. Scott McCloud wrote what I am sure is a pretty good book called Understanding Comics: The Invisible Art. One day I hope to write a book called Ruining Comics: Forever. It will be a 1000 page book, and every page will simply be a photograph of my face.
i feel like people dont talk enough about the fact that kanaya regularly fended off zombies with a fuckin chainsaw as a kid. do you have any idea how much strength it takes to wield a god damn chainsaw with any sort of efficacy? do you ever think about how jacked this 13-year-old girl must have been?? god just imagine those shoulders and arm muscles, imagine the hugs, just being enveloped in that strength, knowing she could crush you if she wanted but she wouldnt because she is kanaya and she loves you and will protect you and treat you right.
y’know sometimes i think about how dirk strider spent time in the watery apocalypse somehow teaching himself to design, make patterns for and sew a shit ton of puppets
local 13 year old spends time sewing plushed rumps in sea hitler’s apocalypse
do you ever just remember that time karkat yelled at kanaya about not holding impromptu amputations everywhere because maybe some people would prefer you ask before you cut their legs off and her response was “impromputations” because i feel like that says a lot about kanaya as a character honestly
